You will meet with Dr. Tull to review your records and explore the best treatment options for you. You will receive a tour of our state of the art facility, including our client lounge and recovery space. You'll leave with the printed information in hand for all of your next steps.

- Driver’s License or valid photo ID
- Insurance card
- Copay
- List of current medications and allergies
- List of medical conditions and surgeries
- Name of primary care physician
- Name of preferred pharmacy
Insurance & Billing
Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ depending on your treatment. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist. Please contact our office for more information about insurance coverage.
